Draft order for the 2010 Real Fans Keeper League is based on lottery draw for non-playoff teams from final standings of the 2009 season. The draft order lottery drawing was conducted by Jm in person with several owners present.

The order of the 2010 LIVE draft in all rounds will go in a standard format. The team drafting first in Round 1 will draft first in every round, similar to the actual NFL draft where the team drafts at the same position for each and every Round.
Updated League Prizes & Entry Fee
League Entry Fee is now $50 per team (previously $40). Weekly prizes are awarded to highest scoring team and 2nd highest scoring team each week. Previous seasons, the Grand Prize League Champion is awarded the remaining pool money of $200 - winner takes all. However, multiple owners have suggested that prizes be awarded to runner-up teams and possibly playoff teams. See below for the updated prizes based on the money pool from the new entry fees.
Weekly prizes are awarded Week 1 through Week 14. Weeks 15, 16 & 17 are playoffs and Championship game. The following prize distribution is based on a 12 team league:
- Breakdown $50 x 12 teams = $600
- Weekly prize - High scoring = $15, runner-up =$5
- Weekly prizes $20 x 14 weeks = $280
- Balance funds $320
- Playoff Champion = $180
- Runner-up = $70
- 3rd Place = $35
- 4th Place = $20
- 5th Place = $10
- 6th Place = $5
